The country’s most famous and popular comedian Raju Srivastava has passed away. Raju Srivastava, admitted for 42 days in Delhi’s AIIMS Hospital, breathed his last on 21 September. He had suffered a heart attack while running on a treadmill in the early morning of August 10. Since then, he was fighting for life and death on ventilator in AIIMS. Raju was unconscious from day one. His body was not responding. Although his condition improved slightly after two days, the doctors later gave an answer to the family.

Doctors tried their best to save and bring Raju Srivastava to consciousness, but oxygen was not reaching his brain. He was constantly unconscious. It was like a coma. Raju Srivastava’s heart also stopped working. All the people of the industry and crores of fans were praying continuously for the betterment of Raju Srivastava, but alas, Gajodhar Bhaiya, who made everyone laugh, left behind him with a flood of tears.

Declared brain dead, oxygen did not reach the brain
Raju Srivastava was declared brain dead by the doctors and told that his heart is also not working properly. According to the report, Raju was not even reaching oxygen in the upper part of Srivastava’s head. Raju Srivastava’s lower part of the body was working and hence he was put on ventilator support. He was also being given oxygen support. But to no avail. The doctors gave the answer to the family of Raju Srivastava.

Raju was brought to the hospital in an unconscious state

When Raju Srivastava was brought to AIIMS on August 10 after suffering a heart attack, his condition was critical and he was not conscious. It is said that with the help of CPR, he was somehow brought to his senses. After this Raju Srivastava’s angioplasty was done and 2 stents were also inserted in his arteries. However, even after that, Raju’s health did not improve and he remained unconscious. After this he was taken on ventilator.

Earlier, about Raju’s condition, his daughter had also told that there is no improvement in her father’s condition. While on the ventilator, Raju’s body was not responding to medicine and treatment. After this, Raju’s cousin Ashok Srivastava told Newsofthenet that the condition of Raju Srivastava still remains critical. He had said, ‘The doctors have done their work. He has done angioplasty. His treatment is on continuously. At the same time, Raju Srivastava’s business manager told ANI that there is movement in the comedian’s body. He is showing improvement, but he is still in ICU on ventilator.
